How We Take Care of Each Other

2020 was a challenging year for everyone, but at Ansley we made sure to take care of our own.
Our Clubhouse was completely shutdown for 3 months, but through the immense generosity of our membership we were able to retain all of our full time employees and pay their entire paychecks during that period.

The Ansley Experience is Created by You!

Members join Ansley Golf Club for many reasons, but YOU create and deliver the experience!
When a team member enhances the experience a member has while at the Club, they will recognize that individual by submitting feedback.

See what some of our Ansley members had to say:

“Paula Stone is awesome! Since day one she has been so helpful, quick to solve any problem that arises, and always taking the extra step to make things right, and better for members and their families. Latest Example: The lightning alarm went off while we were at the pool making it a challenge to get our 3 children dressed to then pick up our food from the AR that we had placed as a takeout - Paula immediately offered to walk up through the rain to get our food for us. She's great and so helpful and Ansley is lucky to have her.”

“The Ansley Room is always hopping and the staff is incredible! From the amazing hostesses (all of the young ladies have been doing a great job there)to the kitchen staff with Amos at the helm our experience was outstanding! The food was delicious and I heard that from the tables all around me. Keith and Jordan were so professional and making sure everything was running smoothly and supporting the rest of the staff. Teondra was our server and once again another fantastic new hire. She sold the special appetizer to my friend and was warm and clever at the same time being polite and attentive. As always I loved seeing our special tenured people like Mia, Cameron, Courtney and Noah being so welcoming and on top of things. As a bonus I saw Miss Cat showing a guest how to find the Men’s grill. It feels like great teamwork and support is being fostered. Thank you! I am at Ansley almost daily and I could write an instant feedback every time lately. My evening began being greeted by Katie and then Mark and Bonnie took care of everyone in the new member gathering. Ansley is my home away from home and I love the people who all make it feel that way. Thank you all so much!

“Have to share about another wonderful Ansley Room experience. Started with receptionist Dorsey, who arranged for our party of 10 to dine on the terrace after pickleball. Our reservation was for 8:45, so he connected me with Pete who took our salad and pizza order that would be ready at our seating - due to the dining room closing at 9- which was completely amazing that I could do this for our party. Well, Mother Nature (rain) detoured our pickleball. At 8:15 we asked of our reservation could be moved up. The answer was yes. Our server Courtney was there to greet us, Keith assisted. Our salads, Ansley chips, fries and other items were out immediately and delicious pizza followed. Our guests are so impressed. Food and service were perfect. Thank you again Ansley!

“Really great service tonight, we noticed there were many hands helping out outside of just our waitress, a team effort. Teondra is an amazing new hire!! Such contagious energy and was delightful. We are happy she is here!”
