In October 2020, the Ansley Making  Difference campaign was initiated.
Ansley Golf Club continues to partner with local and global charities to make a difference in the community.

How We Take Care of Each Other

2020 was a challenging year for everyone, but at Ansley we made sure to take care of our own.
Our Clubhouse was completely shutdown for 3 months, but through the immense generosity of our membership we were able to retain all of our full time employees and pay their entire paychecks during that period.

Our Ansley Team Values are:

Collaborative: Blending the individual skills, strengths and experiences of all Ansley associates, together we strive to consistently deliver the Ansley Experience. Provide support, and encouragement to each other. Do what needs to be done to achieve a common goal, even if it is not necessarily your responsibility. Understand that your individual success, and that of your department, is predicated on the work of others.

Gracious: Having a desire to say yes. Always go out of the way to be a good host. Be polite, considerate and welcoming to members, guests and colleagues. Build relationships. Be humble and respectful. Sincerely listen to others and acknowledge their thoughts.

Trustworthy: Do the right thing, especially when no one is looking. Be accountable for your actions. Be reliable. Acknowledge your errors, move to recover in a timely fashion, and learn from a mistake so as to ensure it does not happen again. Follow through. Trust your team members will do the same.

Passionate: Take pride in your role within the organization and how it impacts the overall Ansley Experience. Bring your enthusiasm for an outside interest and connect it to your role within the club. Be enthusiastic about finding solutions, problems are opportunities you own until they are solved.
